About The Program
SMART-TRANSFER® is a financial management program uniquely
designed to allow its members to manage, at their own convenience, funds
designated for family remittances to best of class payout partners in
Latin America and the Caribbean. The SMART-TRANSFER® program provides
24-hour access for account management and fund transfers through the INTERNET.
Please note that Smart-Transfer® is only intended for
those individuals who send the money (REMITTERS). Individuals receiving
the Money (BENEFICIARIES) do not need to have or apply for a Smart-Transfer®
card/account. If your beneficiary resides in Cuba they will continue to
receive your family remittances on a Transcard. For those individuals
receiving the money at any other country in our remittance service destinations,
we request specific information according to the country and the type

Currently, the Smart Transfer account is denominated in Canadian
and American Dollars
IMPORTANT NOTE
Regardless of the account currency you have chosen, we will accept funds
to your Smart-Transfer account in any major international currency. The
funds made available to you in your Smart-Transfer account will be subjected
to all exchange rates and the balance will reflect that.
However, all transactions conducted from your Smart-Transfer
account to any of our available destinations are conducted in American
Dollars (USD), Canadian Dollars (CAD) or Euros (€). Transactions
destined to Cuba are converted to CAD and then Cuban Convertible Pesos
(CUC).
In addition to the current benefits and privileges that
our SMART-TRANSFER® offers, we plan to add more features to our program
such as: Canadian and USA Bill Payments, Discount & Loyalty Program,
ATM & POS transactions.
