to provide an electronic means to send deposit instructions through
your Credit Union. Send money with hyperWALLET™
online payment service, available through MemberDirect®
(credit union web banking application), enables you to “BeamCash”
(email cash) directly to your Smart-Transfer / Transcard account. |
| If your credit union offers hyperWallet™,
you may Sign Up for a Cobrand WALLET™. Money transferred from
your credit union account to your Cobrand WALLET™ is processed
in real time.

Step 1 ~ Sign Up For
A hyperWALLET™ Account
Login to MemberDirect® and perform the following
steps:
1. Click on the “hyperWALLETTM Account” Tab
2. Click on the “create a hyperWALLETTM account” link
3. Select the account that you would like to use as the default
destination for transfers from your hyperWALLET
4. Click “Continue”.
5. Complete the sign up form
6. Click “Sign up”
7. Click “Continue” to return to MemberDirect®
8. Click “Continue” to complete the sign up process
Step 2 ~ AddCash To Your WALLET?
To transfer money using hyperWALLET™, you must first “AddCash”
to your WALLET™.
How do I AddCash to my Cobrand WALLET?
There is a $1.00 CAD service fee for BeamCash. You must have
sufficient funds to cover the amount of the BEAM plus the fee.
1. Login to MemberDirect®
2. Click “Transfers”
3. Click “Transfers to hyperWALLET”
4. Select the account to debit, then enter the amount you want
to transfer
5. Confirm your transaction
Cobrand WALLET AddCash Limits: $1000.00 per day/$2000.00 per
week/ $5000.00 per month
Step 3 ~ BeamCash to Transcard
How do I BeamCash (email money) to Smart-Transfer / Transcard account?
1. Login to your WALLET
2. Click “BeamCash” in your Wallet Tools menu
3. Enter the following information:
a) Email Address: emailtransfer@transcardinter.com
b) Amount: enter amount to be deposited to your Smart-Transfer
account
c) Note to Recipient: Please credit to Transcard or Smart Transfer / Transcard account <write the number as it is shown
in the front of your card>
d) Check box “Pay for recipient CashOut fee”
e) * Check box – optional “Require the recipient to
answer an authentication question”
4. Click “Continue”
5. Confirm your transaction
* If you require the recipient to answer an authentication question,
please use the following question and answer format.
Question: “What is my date of birth”
Answer: Please enter your date of birth in the following format:
MM-DD-YYY Y
Please follow the instructions as indicated, any error or missing
information will result in delays in funding your account.
Important Information Reminder
•There is a $1.00 CAD service fee for BeamCash. You must have
sufficient funds to cover the amount of the BEAM plus the fee. If
you do not have sufficient funds in your WALLET, your Beam will
be held as a pending transaction.
